Car Rental Insurance
It’s important for car rental companies to prioritise the safety of their customers. That’s why insurance coverage is a key aspect of our rental services. We offer two types of CDW (Collision Damage Waiver):
- Basic CDW at S$18/day (inclusive GST).
- Boleh CDW at S$28/day (inclusive GST).

- Qualified drivers: At least 23 years old + 1 year driving experience.
- P-Plate drivers: 21 to 22 years old or 23 years old with less than 1 year driving experience (Boleh CDW is not applicable).

Collecting and Returning Your Rented Car
It’s time for you to collect your car, but where do you go? Lucky for you, we have 3 different locations to choose from:
- KINTO One Center: 22 Sin Ming Lane, #01-77 Midview City, Singapore 573969
You can pick and return your rental to either location. In other words, you can collect your vehicle from our main branch (Sin Ming Lane) but you have the option to return it to other branches.
To make renting a car even more convenient, opt for our delivery service. We’ll deliver your rental straight to your doorstep! This comes with a service charge of S$50 for a single trip.
You can even choose a two-way trip (delivery and pick up) for the price of S$70.
Help and Assistance
Accidents happen when we least expect them to so always be cautious when you drive. In case something does happen, you can rest assured that we’ll do our best to guide you through the process.
You’ll find our hotline number (97321685) pasted on your windscreen. Give us a call and make sure the car remains stationary during the process. Do not remove the SD card from the dash camera and only use a landline to make the call.
Any minor accidents must be reported too. If your car is stolen, call the same hotline and make a report immediately. A replacement car will only be provided in Singapore.
Requirements to Rent a Car

Get your documents ready and make sure you have a valid driving licence because it’s time to hit the road. To ensure a hassle free process, it’s important to meet specific requirements before you decide to rent:
- Age Requirement: Renters need to be at least 21 years old with one year driving experience.
- Valid Driving Licence: Singaporeans and permanent residents must have a valid class 3 or 3A driving licence. Foreigners can use their home licence for a limited period, typically 12 months. They must convert to a Singporean licence once this term is over.
P-plate drivers can rent too.
- Rental Period: You need to rent the car for a minimum of one day. Extensions can be made by the hour, with each additional hour costing 10% of the daily rental rate plus the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
Please let us know at least 3 hours in advance if you wish to extend your rental.
- Driving Record: Your driving record says alot about your driving habits. It may be harder to secure a rental if you have a history of traffic violations or accidents. The cleaner the record, the better!
